Mist (Cham Shael Gul Thul Ith) Magnets
This game was one of my childhood favourites growing up, and what better way
to bring that nostalgia back than having your favourite rune words on your
fridge or whatever other metallic thing! This is one of the brand new ones
releasing in Diablo 2: Resurrected patch 2.4. It looks like this is to be the
Infinity for Act 1 mercs, assuming they get buffed well and properly! 100%
piercing attack, concentration, huge enhanced damage, and +40 all resist is
gross. I hope this ends up being worth the Cham rune!
These magnets are 3d printed with Marble PLA, and designed from original game
graphics (drawn in Fusion360 and TinkerCAD), and a vectorized version of the
fonts (details at the bottom). The letter itself is inlaid in to the print and
This listing is for the runeword: Mist. It's five separate magnets - Cham,
Shael, Gul, Thul, Ith. I've got a full set of runes on my fridge, and each
magnet (6mm x 2mm) can stick to it through 2-3 sheets of regular paper or a
single sheet of cardstock - any more than that and they'll fall off.
I test them all with strong magnets to be sure the magnets are seated right in
their slots, and hand paint all of the rune inlays.
The stat board and frame are also self-designed. The stat board is laser
engraved with the item name, runes, and item stats in the original Diablo font,
and is approximately 76mm x 76mm (approx. 3" x 3"). The frames are designed to
hold these specific wood cuts, and can be mounted in a variety of ways to suit
your needs. The stand is removable if you want to hang it with the slot on the
back (sized to accommodate many common nail and screw sizes), and wide enough
to get good adhesion with a 3M Command Strip. The stat board doesn't have a
magnet on it so it'll sit flat on a surface or in the frame, but feel free to
hot glue one on there yourself!
I've got a wide variety of colours for the frame, so if you've got a specific
colour in mind for it please ask! If you order the frame and don't indicate a
colour, it will likely be a white one!
I've taken a lot of care in the design of every step of this and really want
to be sure you like it as much as I do. If you have any questions, please don't
hesitate to reach out - I'm more than happy to answer and help ensure you're
satisfied with your future purchase.
