The perfect set for someone just getting into chess or for teaching the little
ones. Each piece depicts the two most famous representations of chess Staunton
on one side Isle of Lewis on the other. Etched into the top of each piece is
the name and an example of how the piece moves. This set will look great in
literally any colour from a classic Chess palette to bright tones to the
colours your favorite sports team or Super Hero.

The set is Made to order and takes around 4 weeks from casting to completion.
it can be a wee bit swifter depending on timing and workload. Creation times
can get longer in the busy season especially mid September on if you have a
time crunch or a specific date just message and i can give you solid
confirmation.

This listing includes All 32 pieces to make a full set of chessmen. Boards are
not included,


Each piece is Cold-cast by hand using Tufstone a polymer modified gypsum
cement, then painted, glazed and felt bottoms attached.
This set requires a board with at least a 2" squares, the pieces are not tall
but have quite wide bases
The King is 2 3/48 " tall the Pawns are 1 1/2 " tall

Choose your favorite colours from the selection.If you don't see a colour you
crave there feel free to ask i might be able to do it.

I make each piece as strong as possible handled correctly they will last a
lifetime but will break if dropped on a concrete floor, for instance.

The set is shipped with each piece individually bubble wrapped and laid on a
bed of larger bubbles and packing peanuts.


I am happy to ship internationally but the even the flat rate tends to be
